Jim Kitchens, our guest preacher this Sunday, has served as pastor for Presbyterian churches in northern California and Tennessee, including 16 years as co-pastor at Davis Community Church.  He is a principal in PneuMatrix, a non-profit helping churches deal with adaptive challenges.  He also works as a consultant with the Center for Healthy Churches.

Grace Cafe

No Sunday School this week due to it being Communion Sunday. Nursery care is available for children 0-3. Children older than 3 stay in worship. Activity packets are available in the Narthex.

1. Year-End Giving Deadline: TODAY

In order to comply with IRS guidelines regarding year-end giving, all donations must either be received in person by December 31st or postmarked by December 31st if mailed

For mail-in donations received on or after December 31st, the envelopes will be retained in order to confirm that the donations were postmarked by December 31st.  Financial Secretaries will verify the postmark dates and will retain the envelopes with the Income Statement files in the church office.  If you are working with a banking or other financial institution to make your donation, you must ensure that the institution can provide the December 31st postmark.

For drop-in donations, staff will be available on Thursday, Dec 31st until 12 NOON to accept your walk-in donations for 2015.

 Anna and Kelly Vacation Time


Pastor Kelly will be gone Dec. 28th through January 3rd.  For emergency pastoral care, contact the church office.

Anna will be gone Dec. 30th-January 1st. Volunteers will be running the office on Dec. 30th and 31st during normal office hours (9:30 am - 2:30 pm). The office will be closed on January 1st.
