We'd like to remind you of our Walk-in Hour for sick visits at our Libertyville office. This is available to all Lake Shore Pediatrics patients, regardless of your "home office" location. It is daily:
Monday through Friday from 8:30-9:30am.  Many of you have taken advantage of this service but we'd like to continue to spread the word! You do not need an appointment and patients are seen first-come, first-served. 

  

Please remember that this Walk-in Hour is not for chronic illnesses or "complicated" diagnoses.  For example: symptoms lasting several weeks, ADHD medicine changes, concussions, and/or behavior problems warrant more time and deserve a more thorough evaluation. Please call our office to schedule a visit with one of our providers for these types of concerns.

  

As soon as the weather improves we all head outside and before you know it, our offices are filled with kids suffering from bruises, scrapes, broken bones, and head injuries.  Please follow this link to Parents magazine for reminders about helmets, sunscreen, hydration info and more "outside" safety tips.
