Cost Certification Submissions
 
DCA will no longer require submission of hard copies for cost certifications.  Please electronically submit the required forms created in Microsoft Excel, or other original working document, so as to be searchable.  Any Excel or original working documents requiring signatures must be signed in the paper version and then scanned into PDF before inclusion.  But for the format, PDF and non-PDF versions of the same document must be identical.

RFP for Affordable Multifamily Underwriting and Loan Services
 
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs ("DCA") has experienced a technical issues that prevented it from receiving Proposals that were submitted in response to its RFP for Affordable Multifamily Underwriting and Loan Services, issued on February 3, 2017.  In light of this unexpected occurrence, DCA would like to confirm that responses were not received and requests that Consultants resubmit responses to this RFP for review and consideration by DCA.
 
DCA will accept previously submitted Proposals through Monday, March 27, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. EST.  Please send them to RFP@dca.ga.gov at or before that time.  Any Proposals received at 4:01 p.m. or after that day will NOT be considered.

Public Notice
 
The State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is currently preparing its Federal Fiscal Year 2017 Annual Action Plan Goals and Method of Distribution that details how the State proposes to use the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG),  Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) Programs. Each program includes the other program specific requirements such as the proposed methods of funding distribution and the program priorities for funding. Comments regarding these and other issues will be accepted for a 30-day period for review and consideration and are due April 30, 2017 by 5:00 PM.
