DCA 2016 Annual Owner Report
The Annual Owner Certification Reports for the 2016 reporting year were due by Friday 3/31/17. AOC reports are required for projects with LIHTC throughout the Extended Use Period, properties with HOME, NSP, TCAP, and 1602 Exchange funds.

Owners have until 4/24/2017 to submit the AOC for any reporting year. Project owners of Tax Credit properties in the Compliance Period who do not submit an annual report will receive a notice of non-compliance, including filing IRS form 8823 for each BIN in the project. All uncorrected non-compliance may also affect scoring during the upcoming Competitive Round.

You can find the link to the electronic AOC report here: DCA Compliance.

If you have questions, please direct emails to compliance@dca.ga.gov.
