2017 QAP Signed by Governor Deal
 
Governor Nathan Deal has signed the 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).  The official version has been posted to the 2017 Funding Round page on the DCA website.

Request For Proposals (RFP)
Multifamily Appraisal Services
 
The Georgia Housing and Finance Authority (the "Authority" or "GHFA") is seeking qualified Consultants to submit proposals for the provision of multifamily appraisal services in support of GHFA's Affordable Multifamily Housing Programs.   A copy of the RFP can be found by clicking here.  
 
Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, March 7, 2017.

2017 Utility Allowances Posted
(Effective 1/1/2017)
 
2017 DCA Utility Allowances are available at DCA Utility Allowances.
 
As there are changes to this schedule, DCA has provided a full list of allowances from the State, a map showing the two regions (North and South) applicable to the DCA allowances, and a summary document that condenses the allowance information.

2017 QAP Questions and Answers
 
DCA is now accepting questions pertaining to the 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan.  You can find the 2017 Round Q&A Form on the 2017 Funding Round web page.  Please send the completed form to hfdround@dca.ga.gov.
 
All answers to general questions will be posted on the DCA website.  All answers to project specific questions will be sent to the email address listed on the Q&A form. 
 
The last day to submit questions for the initial round of Q&A is Friday, February 17, 2017.
