2017 QAP: Transformational Communities
Second Webinar Added
|
Due to an overwhelming response, DCA has added a second webinar for an in-depth discussion of the new Scoring section, "Transformational Communities," included in the 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), which replaces the "Revitalization/Redevelopment Plans" Scoring section of the 2016 QAP. DCA will cover the requirements of a Community Transformation Plan in relation to that of a Community Revitalization Plan and discuss the collaborative, holistic approach DCA encourages communities to take in defining their transformational goals under this new Scoring section.
The second webinar will be on February 13th from 10-AM-11AM.
