Georgia's governor has placed 7 counties under a state of emergency following this weekend's deadly storms.  Covered areas include Atkinson, Colquitt, Lowndes, Thomas, Dougherty, Cook, Brooks and Berrien counties, where apparent tornadoes are blamed for killing at least 15 people Sunday.  DCA funded Tax Credit property owners are encouraged to immediately notify DCA of any casualty loss as a result of these storms.  Notifications can be made by clicking hereAdditionally, if a damaged property had HOME funds, we would request that you contact our asset management department at [email protected].
2017 QAP Workshop Registration Open
 
DCA will hold its 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan Application Workshop, Thursday, March 2, 2017 to provide an overview of the 2017 requirements and criteria for Applicants who intend to submit applications for Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits and HOME loan funds.  The workshop will be held at the Cobb Galleria Centre and will begin at 9AM.
