DCA Job Announcement: Tax Credit Finance Specialist
 
The Tax Credit Program Specialist position will be responsible for providing technical administration and oversight of the DCA Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, filing required Internal Revenue Service documents such as the IRS Form 8610 and 8609, and providing technical assistance to industry partners.  This position demands a willingness to stretch and grow - offering opportunities for leadership, development, and public speaking.  Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analyzing and reviewing partnership structures and section 42 documentation for accuracy and compliance with program rules and regulations, oversight of staff, review of proposed tax credit applications, monitoring capital equity markets as well as organizational structures and modeling for the syndication of housing credits and implementation of DCA program guidelines in accordance with IRS and Treasury guidance.
