Section 811 Webinar

Please join the Section 811 webinar as our DCA staff will be covering the nuts and bolts of the requirements for Section 811. 

The 811 Program Rental Assistance is a HUD funded project based rental assistance program to facilitate innovative state approaches to the provision of housing for persons with disabilities in an integrated setting, while providing appropriate support and services.  DCA is the lead agency in a cooperative endeavor with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Community Health governed by an Interagency Partnership Agreement.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. A document with instructions on how to access the webinar, ask questions, and download handouts is attached to this email.

2016 Pre-Application Docs Revised
 
Due to reported usage issues in both the
  
"2016 Pre-Application Instructions, Submission Form and HOME Consent Request"
  
and the
  
"2016 Performance, Experience and Compliance History Summary Workbook",
  
both documents have been revised and re-posted on the DCA website:  
  
  
These revised documents were posted at 4:00 PM and 5:30 pm today, respectively.  If you have not downloaded these most current versions, please do so for use in the Pre-Application submission process.  The Pre-Application deadline will not be postponed.
  
2016 Pre-Application Update
 
All Pre-Application documents are now posted on the DCA website:  
  
  
This includes all documents required for the Qualification Determination, Pre-App Waiver Requests, Home Consent Application, and the CHDO Application.  The 2016 Q&A timeline and the Application Submission date will remain unchanged.

DCA is extending the deadline for the 2016 Pre-Application submissions to Monday March 28th, 2016 at 4:00pm.
  
2016 QAP Questions & Answers
    
DCA is accepting questions pertaining to the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan.  You can find the 2016 Round Q&A Form on the Qualified Allocation Plan Documents 2016 web page.  Please send the completed form to hfdround@dca.ga.gov

All answers to general questions will be posted on the DCA website.  All answers to project specific questions will be sent to the email address listed on the Q&A form. 

The last day to submit questions is Friday, May 13, 2016.
