Atlanta BeltLine Development Finance Workshop
    
The Atlanta BeltLine Development Finance Workshop will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 9AM until 1PM at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta).

The workshop, sponsored by the Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and FHLBank Atlanta, will focus on innovative real estate finance tools and resources available to support development, redevelopment, and rehabilitation along the Atlanta BeltLine.  Speakers will include professionals from the investment banking, new market tax credit, affordable housing, and economic development finance industries. 

This is an exciting opportunity to hear more about real estate finance solutions for commercial, residential, retail, small business, and other development activities in and around the Atlanta BeltLine.  Space is limited.  Register today

The Federal Home Loan Bank is located at 1475 Peachtree Street N.E., Atlanta, Georgia.  Lunch and parking instruction will be provided.

The State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is currently preparing its Federal Fiscal Year 2016 Annual Action Plan Goals and Method of Distribution that details how the State proposes to use the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. Each program includes the other program specific requirements such as the proposed methods of funding distribution and the program priorities for funding. Comments regarding these and other issues will be accepted for a 30-day period for review and consideration and are due March 3, 2016 by 5:00 PM
