Xilinx XC2S100-5FGG256C (Date Code 1243) - 5% Failure Rate - Wrong ID and no output.

Xilinx XC4VLX15-10SFG363I (Date Code 1325 and 1337) - 9% Failure Rate - Program error and no output.

Xilinx XC2S600E-6FGG456C (Date Codes 1233 and 1237) - 8% Failure Rate - Program error and no output.
