Week 23 Summary                                                                        

In an oddly divergent Week 23, Electrical Testing yields launched a dramatic recovery while Inspection yields sunk in nearly as dramatic as Testing yield's ascent.

Testing yields had been holding at 70-75% for nearly two months, but dropped sharply to 64% in Week 22, and then quickly recovered to 94% in Week 23, closing at highest point in 2014. There was only one device to be added to the substandard part list.

Inspection yields, however, plunged to just 56% buyer acceptance after reaching 74% for two consecutive weeks.
