Electrical Testing yields and Inspection yields both improved in Week 18.

 

Testing yields remained at climbed forward to 74% in Week 18 after three weeks of hovering around 70%. The suspect list therefore fell to six devices having a failure rate of over 5%, one of which were 100%.

 

Inspection yields also pushed forward to 76% in Week 18, making a third consecutive week of improvement.

NEC UPD78F9088M1MC-5A4-A (Date Code 0816) - 39% Failure Rate - Program & verify error.

 

STMicroelectronics STP3NB100  (Date Code 0339) - 84% Failure Rate - High Vgs(th).

 

Altera EPM7160STC100-10N (Date Code 1325) - 75% Failure Rate - Program error.

 

Allegro Microsystems A6833SEPTR (Date Code 0816) - 9% Failure Rate - One or more outputs not switching.

1. Statistics are calculated as a percentage of all lots dis-positioned within the given time period.
