Week 11 Summary                                                                        

 

Electrical Testing yields recovered from a two week slump by recovering to 65% in Week 11 after posting just a 60% yield in Week 10.

 

Inspection yields; however, posted a large decline in Week 11, falling to 55% after posting a solid 83% in Week 10.

 

There were eight lots in total with higher than a 5% failure rate, three of which had 100% failure rates for parametric performance outside of specification.
