Week 10 Summary

Electrical Testing yields slumped for a second straight week, dropping two points to 60% in Week 10 after falling to 80% in Week 9.

Inspection yields; however, recovered from Week 9's 70% to 83% in Week 10.

There were eight los in total with higher than a 5% failure rate, two of which had 100% failure rates for parametric performance outside of specification.

Notes:

1. Statistics are calculated as a percentage of all lots dis-positioned within the given time period.

2. "Accept" is defined as customer acceptance of report device condition.

3. "Pass" is defined as meeting electrical parameters defined by the agreed upon test plan.

We hope you find this report informative and usefull for your organization.
