Electrical Testing yields back-peddled from Week 8's 92% to a more modest 80% in Week 9.

There were two more devices with 100% failure rates for parametric performance outside of specification, indicating attempted crosses. Both were in the Active-Discrete category of components, one of the highest risk categories.

Inspection yields also retreated from 73% in Week 8 to 70% in Week 9.
