Perhaps Electrical Testing yields were embarrassed by their previous plunge and are trying to make amends. Lot yields climbed again to 82% in Week 40 from 71% in Week 39.

There were five lots with higher than a 5% failure rate; however, three of those five had 100% failures, indicating outright counterfeit devices.

Inspection took a minor dip to 59% in Week 40, down from Week 39's 61%.
