Electrical Testing yields recovered from Week 32's deep drop and bounced back to 67%.

Six different devices had a high failure rate in Electrical Testing and three of those had a 100% failure rate.

Inspection results continued their sump by dipping to 33% in Week 33 (coincidence? I hope not) from 36% in Week 32. With over 60% of lots being physically substandard, the low electrical testing yields is not surprising.
