Weeks 27-28 Summary

Electrical Testing yields continued to increase, despite a slight dip in Week 27. Yields have improved in 3 of the past four weeks, reaching 79% in Week 28 and 74% for the period, up 8 points over the previous period's 62%.

Nine different devices had a high failure rate in Electrical Testing, and two of those had a 100% failure rate.

Inspection results reached an all-time low in Week 27, plummeting to 21% before "recovering" to 42% in Week 28 and a 32% for the period, compared to 46% in the previous period.

Notes:

1. Statistics are calculated as a percentage of all lots dis-positioned within the given time period.

2. "Accept" is defined as customer acceptance of report device condition.

3. "Pass" is defined as meeting electrical parameters defined by the agreed upon test plan.

We hope you find this report informative and usefull for your organization.
