Week 1 Summary

The second week of 2013 resulted like much of 2012 with Inspection and Testing yields going in opposite directions.

Inspection yields climbed to 67% in Week 2 from 56% in Week 1, the second straight week of gains. Electrical Testing, however, dipped to 75% from Week 1's 79% lot acceptance rate.

January 21st's training seminar on international standars including CCAP-101, AS5553, and AS6081 standards was attended by more than 30 representatives from 15 different companies. The next event is being scheduled for April, so stay tuned for the schedule to make sure you don't miss out.

Xilinx XC4005E-4PQ100I (Date Code 1041) - 7% Failure Rate - Bitstream data could not be loaded through PROM or JTAG.

2. "Accept" is defined as customer acceptance of report device condition.

3. "Pass" is defined as meeting electrical parameters defined by the agreed upon test plan.
