Week 1 Summary
In the first week of 2013 started off the right way with improvements in yields across the board.
Inspection yields climbed again from 50% in Week 52 to 56% to start of 2013. Electrical Testing yields climbed even further to 79% lot acceptance in Week 1 after dropping to 57% to end 2012. See below for Week 52's substandard part listing (devices with higher than 5% failure rate in Electrical Testing). |
