Week 1 Summary                                                                                                          

  

In the first week of 2013 started off the right way with improvements in yields across the board.

 

Inspection yields climbed again from 50% in Week 52 to 56% to start of 2013. Electrical Testing yields climbed even further to 79% lot acceptance in Week 1 after dropping to 57% to end 2012. See below for Week 52's substandard part listing (devices with higher than 5% failure rate in Electrical Testing).

Philips  BLW60C (Date Code not marked or labeled) - 13.33% Failure Rate - High Hfe.

 

Texas instruments SN65LVDS100DGK(Date Code not marked or labeled) - 72.73% Failure Rate - Wrong open reading on all pins.

2. "Accept" is defined as customer acceptance of report device condition.

3. "Pass" is defined as meeting electrical parameters defined by the agreed upon test plan.
