Inspection results dropped back down to 70% in Week 42 after reading 76.7% buyer acceptance in Week 41. Remarked and resurfaced parts continue to plague buyers.

Electrical testing yields also dipped in Week 42, dropping over 20 full points from 85% in Week 41 to 64.7% in Week 42.

CS2300CP-CZZ: AUX-OUT is not responding to changes in commands and remained tied CLK_IN.

Texas Instrument  BQ4017MC-70 (Date Code 1122) - 65% failure - Program & verify error.

Cirrus Logic, Inc. CS2300CP-CZZ (Date Codes 0841, 1027, and 1123)- 88.24% failure - Failed with both CLK_OUT and AUX_OUT pins noisy during start-up.

Altera Corporation EP2S90F1020I4N (Date Codes 0917 & 0913) - 34.94% failure - Can not load the program via JTAG and AS Mode.

Xilinx Corporation XC4VLX40-10FFG1148I (Date Code 1121) - 6.54% failure - Program error that the VCCINT,VCCIO shorted to GND.

Toshiba TMPN3150B1AF (Date Code 0925) - 41.18% failure - Open and short pins and bad protective diodes.
