This 5K Run/Walk is a triple loop around and through the Kiwanis Holiday lights. This is a non-chipped family friendly run.

NO SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS
Packet pick-up December 5th at the YMCA 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 4:00-7:00 p.m. Please register by November 24th to guarantee your Exclusively Diamonds' Dash shirt.

Times will be called out. Awards ceremony at 5:30 p.m. with hot beverages, live music & a chance to win a surprise Holiday gift basket!

Men & women winners will receive Exclusively Diamonds gift cards. $300 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place, $100 for 3rd place.

Fees: Before December 5th
$25 Adults (14 and older)
$15 Children (13 and younger)

OPENING DECEMBER 12th!
There is Fit... and then there is Y-Fit!

In our NEW Y-Fit Gym, members can drop in for the "workout of the day" and train like athletes! This cross training room includes a rig with a barbell rack, pull-ups bars with assistance bands, gym rings, TRX suspension trainers, wall balls, plyo boxes, kettlebells, jump ropes, a rowing machine, battle ropes, and plenty of open space for body weight exercises! All of these elements can be combined in endless ways for high intensity workouts that are functional and varied...bringing you a new challenge each day! 

Want to complete your 'workout of the day" in a group setting under the guidance of a trainer? We will be offering classes throughout the week at various times starting January 11th! 

Feeling stuck? Bored of your usual routine? Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Now is the time to become Y-Fit!

The Y-Fit Gym is open for drop-in use by members 18 years of age and older anytime that the YMCA is open and a scheduled class is not in session.

Please donate gently used or new coats, blankets, hats, mittens or NEW socks. All of the items will go to homeless youth and families in the community.

SIGN UP FOR YOUTH BASKETBALL

It won't be long before our gyms are full of youth basketball players!
Registration for YMCA boys and girls K-6 Basketball is December 18th. Program begins week of January 11th.
The YMCA Basketball program is designed to introduce the game of basketball in a fun, noncompetitive environment to youth in grades K-6. The goal is for every program participant to be successful and to have FUN!

TRANSPORTATION TO THE YMCA
Transportation is available to the YMCA from District 77 Elementary Schools! There will be monthly passes to purchase. Reminder: Youth must be 10 years or older. 
NEW AGE POLICY
As of September 1st, we have a NEW Age Policy. 
All youth 9 years of age and under must always be accompanied by an Adult* unless enrolled in a program
* One (1) hour prior to the YMCA closing, youth 15 years of age or younger are not to be in the facility unless accompanied by an Adult*
*Supervising Adult is 18 years of age and older
