MASTER CLASSES AT THE ANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

CAFÉ'S annual conference, June 26-28, 2016, will have a variety of pre-conference master classes for your education and enjoyment!

One of the classes will be taught by Certified Master Chef Steve Jilleba from Unilever Foodsolutions who has traveled the world to experience flavors, menus, and cooking methods.  He will be presenting on Korean Menus and you will learn about ingredients, flavor profiles, fermentation processes and Korea's top dishes.

Other master classes will include a hands-on garde manger carving class; a knife skills class; and a cheese sensory analysis (plus a great exercise on teaching cheese making!).
Master classes have an addition $25 registration fee.  They will be from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday, June 26th.  Attendees will be bused to Kendall College at 2:30 p.m. and will stay for the reception that is 6:30-8 p.m.

CAFÉ is dedicated to linking the foodservice industry with the foodservice classroom.  As a result, we are fortunate to have industry partners who are willing to reward and recognize educators and programs that are going "above and beyond" their efforts in culinary/baking/pastry education.
