The National Study of Seafood Sustainability
The Global Aquaculture Alliance is gathering information about chef's perceptions of seafood sustainability in America via a brief online survey. 

Participants who complete the survey may request to receive a copy of Chef Alain Passard's book "The Art of Cooking with Vegetables" - all surveys must be completed by October 14, 2015.
