CAFÉ is developing its agenda for the "Health and Food" workshop, October 17-19, 2014, to be hosted by Tulane University in New Orleans.

 

We are looking for presenters and/or presentation topics in the following areas:

  • Re-tooling Your Curriculum, including hands-on activities for a break out session
  • How to get your students interested in nutrition
  • Culinary Science (e.g., Debunking Diets? Function of Fats?  Herbs and Spices?)
            • Other? 

These presentations may be 15-20 minutes or a part of a full 2+ hours break out session.  Describe your objectives and your methods for sharing this information.  Provide your contact information.
