The 2014 Deans and Directors Retreat Agenda is now available on line. As you will see, we have an outstanding lineup of professionals addressing issues dealing with "Managing Change."
Both inside our industry and outside, organizations are struggling with proving value, conflicting messages, employee resistance, and keeping everyone's vision intact. Not only will we have presentations, but there is ample time built into the program for discussion.
As an added bonus, there is a media reception featuring products from Idaho on Friday evening...and we've been invited!

The Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) realizes that costing out a menu is no easy task.
So, they've developed a number of useful tools to take the guesswork out of purchasing the right Idaho® potato. From carton to plate, chefs can rely on the IPC Size Guide, Virtual Plate Sizing Guide (compares plate coverage of 50-count, 60-count and 70-count potatoes), and handy Cost per Serving chart to specify the perfect Idaho® potato for their needs. To  order copies of the Size Guide, Virtual Plate Sizing Guide, and/or Cost Per Serving chart for the classroom, email the Idaho Potato Commission at jvail@potato.idaho.gov, or call 208-334-2350. The IPC will fulfill the first 50 requests (maximum 25 packets per instructor), so act quickly to receive these valuable materials.
