CAFÉ is pleased to announce that Dr. Robert Roehrich will be one of the keynoters for the postsecondary Deans and Directors Retreat, to be held February 21-23, in Chicago.
This year's topic is "Managing Change" and both public and private schools with culinary/baking/pastry/hospitality programs and their challenges with change will be addressed by all of the program's speakers.
Dr. Roehrich is president of Synergistic Strategies Consulting which is a higher education and training consulting company he founded in 1999. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, he provides leadership coaching, accreditation strategies and implementation, quality and process improvement, assessment and organization development. At the CAFÉ event he will specifically be discussing student retention challenges and successes, looking at the issue systemically, followed by an interactive discussion with the Retreat attendees.
