Create a winning honey-inspired food and beverage pairing and will $1000 Grand Prize and $500 Runner-Up Prize.

 

Sponsored by the National Honey Board (NHB), you need to include (1) a small plate or dessert recipe AND (1) beverage recipe.  Both recipes must include honey.

 

Contest Deadline is November 5th.  Referring instructor of each winner will receive a $250 prize and 1 FREE registration to a 2014 CAFÉ conference or workshop.

The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board has teamed up with Emmi Roth USA to provide 50 Chef Instructors a New Wisconsin Cheese Education Kit for classroom use (each kit provides cheese samples for up to 50 students).
