10th year of offering a Leadership Conference to the foodservice educational community in Salt Lake City, Utah, June 21-23, 2014.

Go to www.fishnick.com for some great videos on energy efficiency in restaurants.  Topics for these short videos include:  "Get Smart/Go Green/Save Money; Ventilation Refrigeration; Lighting; Appliances; and more.  If you aren't teaching energy efficiency, this needs to be included in our curricula!  I highly recommend their Video Corner.
