Winding up the School Year?

Don’t forget to plan for the fall CAFÉ workshop:  “The Science of Baking.”  Last year’s “Science of Food” workshop in Charlotte sold out!  Keep current with your classes by attending this action-packed event!  We will be hosted by Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, in their state-of-the-art Baking Center.

What do you know about pairing cheese with chocolate?

Our dessert course on Saturday, June 22nd, will feature a presentation by Sara Hill from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board who will be demonstrating unique cheese and chocolate pairings.  WMMB will also host a port and blue cheese station at our opening night reception on Thursday.  You’ll enjoy both experiences and learn a lot for your classrooms.
