WHAT WILL YOU WIN

  • 2 Days at the Emmi-Roth plant in Monroe where you will experience cheese-making first-hand and hands on with Chef Regi Hise, corporate chef for Emmi-Roth, home of the Award-winning Grand Cru Gruyere cheese
  • 2 Days at The American Cheese Society National Conference choosing from a variety of education and tastings sessions
  • Dinner at L’Etoile prepared by James Beard award winning Chef Tory Miller
  • Attendance at the “Festival of Cheese” featuring over 1800 American Artisan Cheeses
  • Expenses paid include all travel and hotel expenses and most meals along with a one-day pass to the American Cheese Society Conference in Madison, Wis.
