A newly revised posted from the American Lamb Board highlights popular cuts of American Lamb. The poster was recently revised to add cuts which have been experiencing growing use in the foodservice industry—butterflied leg of lamb, lamb neck slices and lamb belly. In addition to cut images, the full-color 24”x36” poster shows recommended preparation methods for each cut of American Lamb.
Another Testimonial from the 2012 CAFÉ Leadership Conference
“I felt honored to be a presenter; it was a wonderful opportunity to get to know many of my fellow colleagues in culinary education from all the U.S. I enjoyed sharing something that I feel will be so useful to others. ..The benefit that all of us gain from the CAFÉ conferences cannot be measured because it just continues to grow long after we have returned home from the conference.” Daryl Nosek, FMP, Department Chair, Food Service Administration, Westchester Community College, New York
