There is a room block at the downtown Marriott Residence Inn on E. Walton for $119/night. The deadline for the hotel registration rate is February 1, 2013.

INSTRUCTOR/PROGRAM AWARD RECOGNITION
Two important award programs are available to instructors and/or programs, both with cash awards of $1,000.
The Idaho Potato Commission Innovation Award is offered to individuals and/or programs which have shown leadership and innovation in the field of foodservice education. There is a first-prize award of $1,000 plus $500 in travel funds plus a registration to the CAFÉ Leadership Conference. There are also two runner-up prizes, each being awarded $500 in travel reimbursements and comp registrations to the CAFÉ Leadership Conference. The Kendall College/CAFÉ Green Award recognizes programs that are making extraordinary progress towards implementation in practices as well as curriculum enhancements teaching students sustainable and green practices.
