How exactly does that work?
How can you make revenue from that model?
How can you administer student assessment?
How can this work in a vocational setting?
How will this affect my strategic planning for 2020?
One of the keynote speakers at the February 22-24, 2013, Deans and Directors Retreat in Chicago will address these questions and engage attendees in a dialogue focusing on the future.
You can preview the topic by going to www.Epic2020.org and watch two short videos on the issues.
ARE YOU INTERESTED IN WRITING FOR THE GOLD MEDAL CLASSROOM (GMC)?
Our monthly on-line magazine, The Gold Medal Classroom, is interested in your communications! We have an editorial calendar which outlines topics that we would like to explore in future issues. We would also be interested in your teaching experiences and ideas…international travel? Articulation challenges or successes? Balance of classroom and kitchen time? Integration of technology?
Articles are between 500-1,000 words. Deadlines are flexible. And if you have photos, great! Otherwise, we can help you find what you might be writing about…proteins? Vegetables? Legumes? Desserts? Global cuisines? And more!
Check out the current contests and keep your eyes open for another contest sponsored by Roth Cheese which will be announced in January. Hint: you’ll be working with Grand Cru®--a classic alpine-style cheese!
