Christmas Eve and Eve Eve Nurseries
KidVenture Nurseries will be available for your convenience during all Christmas Eve services on December 23 and 24, except for the 11 pm service. We will be utilizing our bracelet system for check-in during these services instead of our electronic system. If you plan to utilize the nurseries, simply go to a nursery room and one of our caring Nursery Team members will be happy to assist you with check-in.
KidVenture Sunday Programming on December 23 and 30
KidVenture will continue to hold regular Sunday morning programming throughout the Christmas Break season. All worship services will be held at their usual times of 7:45, 9, and 10:30 am each Sunday. Nurseries will be available at all three services, while KidVenture programming for Preschool-Fifth Grade will take place at 9 & 10:30 am.
The Baby Fold Thanks You!
KidVenture and the Baby Fold would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for the generous donations presented during the Birthday Party for Jesus on Wednesday night. KidVenture Wednesday Programming Resumes January 9
KidVenture Wednesday Night programming is taking a couple weeks off in keeping with area schools' winter break schedule. Regular programming will resume on Wednesday, January 9 at 6:30 pm. Preschoolers will meet in Room L3, Kindergarten-Third Grades will meet in Room L2/L4, and Fourth & Fifth Grades will meet in Room L6. All Preschoolers through Fifth Graders are welcome!
KidVenture Children's Choir Rehearsals Resume January 16
Due to the church-wide Epiphany Feast on January 9 (see below for more information) we will not begin choir rehearsals when other programming starts back up. Choir rehearsals will resume Wednesday, January 16 at 6 pm in Room L7. We are always ready for new members, so if your child has asked about joining please know they are welcome anytime.
 Calvary Family Epiphany Feast on January 9
In keeping with Christian tradition, Calvary will be having a feast to celebrate Epiphany on Wednesday, January 9. We will begin our feast at 5:45 pm. Families are invited to bring a dish to pass and share in the celebration. KidVenture and Calvary Student Ministries (CSM) programming will follow, beginning at 6:30 pm. Adults are invited to continue the feast and share in their own program at that time as well. Families can register to attend and bring a dish to pass online.

6:30 pm in the Worship Center. Nursery care will be available.
Christmas Eve Services - Sunday, December 24
Calvary will have four opportunities for worship at 4, 6, 8, and 11 pm. Nursery care will be available during all but the 11 pm service.
Wednesdays December 26 & January 2 - No Programming

Weather Cancellations at Calvary
 In the event of inclement weather, cancellation notifications will be posted on the Calvary Facebook page (facebook.com/connectwithcalvary), the Calvary website (connectwithcalvary.org), in Calvary's Twitter feed (@CLVRY), and in any after-hours message on our phone system. In addition, Calvary follows the Unit 5 School District schedule for closings, so when their schools or activities are closed or cancelled our programming will be as well. |
