In July of 2015, NABCEP announced approved changes to its Entry Level Program. A summary of these changes can be found here.
NABCEP is now entering the development stage of this credential and is looking for volunteers to assist with the development of the Job Task Analysis (JTA) for the new NABCEP PV Associate program. The purpose of a JTA is to define the tasks, knowledge, and skills associated with the installation of PV systems.
Committee Members will be tasked with ensuring the JTA reflects the current job responsibilities of PV industry professionals. The ideal volunteer would specialize in PV design, installation, or maintenance. We are looking for approximately 12-15 volunteers for this committee who represent different geographic regions and practice settings.
Volunteer responsibilities include an in-person meeting as well as follow-up webinars and conference calls.
If you are interested in joining this committee, please send a cover letter and resume to Kathryn Casey at kcasey@nabcep.org.
