3-60 Project
TOWN HALL MEETING.
You're Invited to Take Part in the Future of  Downtown Ferndale.
The City of Ferndale is hosting a Town Hall Meeting to share information about the 3-60 Development Project, a proposed mixed-use development that would add more residential, retail, office and parking to Downtown Ferndale. The meeting will be held at 5:30 pm, Wednesday, July 16 at the Rust Belt Market, 22801 Woodward Avenue. It is the first Town Hall and fourth information session held to share concept plans and preliminary ideas about the project, as well as garner your thoughts on development in Downtown Ferndale. The first three were intended primarily for  Downtown Ferndale property owners and businesses, while this Town Hall is intended for residents of the entire community and abutting neighborhoods of the downtown.

Attendees will have an opportunity to review the proposal, get information first-hand, meet city officials and 3-60 developer Jake Sigal, ask questions and state concerns.

3-60 LLC currently has an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with the City of Ferndale, allowing the developer and City 12 months to fully investigate  the proposal to determine its feasibility and gather public input.  These first round of meetings are part of the first phase in the planning process in order to get initial feedback from stakeholders in order for the developer and City to incorporate the information into a detailed development plan to be brought back to the community in the next phase of the planning process. City of Ferndale has the next nine months to evaluate the project and determine whether it meets the needs of our community.
