Fence Posts

& Pavers

The installation of  brick pavers on the south side indicate the project is nearing completion.  This stretch is a preview of how attractive the new streetscape will be.

Next up will be the installation of some landscape materials, those specifically allowed by MDOT rules.

Good Day!

That's all we need these days are one good day after another.  As crews rapidly finish up the finish work, we really are into the final month of this very long journey.  The end is in sight!

Here's what happened last week:

  • Fence posts installed
Porous asphalt is smooth but "ruddy" so the water can seep thru.
  • Permeable asphalt in parking bays poured
  • Light poles arrived
  • Most brick pavers installed
  • All ADA issues resolved

Coming up:

  • Fencing attached to posts
  • Light pole installation begins
  • South side pavement leveling
  • Wearing course on road should be complete by Oct. 11

As usual, call 248-546-1632 if you have questions, concerns or ideas on how we can assist you.  We are here to help!
