Back-to-School Supply Drive

Now through July 24th

Without backpacks, paper, pencils, and other essential supplies, many area students will start the school year already behind. Help make going back to school a positive experience by purchasing and stocking a new backpack for a child. Donate online! Not only are you eliminating a challenge for a low-income family, you are enabling a child to start the school year on a more level playing field. Your support benefits students served by:

Mix 96.5 Tourists Event Friday, July 10 Our hometown team, the Asheville Tourists are offering an amazing incentive to donate to the School Supply Drive ! At the 7/10 game ($1 Dog Nite), Mix 96.5 and the Tourists will give those who bring a donation of school supplies a FREE pair of tickets to the upcoming July 22 game against Hickory! See ya at the game!	Walmart "Fill The Bus" Saturday, July 25 Help us end our Supply Drive with a boost at an awesome "Fill the Bus" event at the E. Asheville Walmart (Bleachery Blvd). 7/25; 9:00am-2:00pm. Donation collection bins are conveniently placed at both the Hendersonville Rd. and E. Asheville stores through the month, too!
