Hands On Asheville-Buncombe, the volunteer center of United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County, provides a link for individuals, families, corporate, and civic or faith-based groups to volunteer in support of nonprofits in Asheville and Buncombe County. Last year Hands On
Mobilized more than 3,400 people to volunteer over 5,200 times and give 23,000 hours of volunteer time - saving community-based organizations more than $500,000!
Supported the volunteer needs of 170 nonprofits, schools and public entities in Asheville and Buncombe County.
