July 1, 2015

Greetings and hope your summer is going great! We've got some fun parties and events coming up, and would love to see you there!

The Seattle Art Fair is around the corner! We're the official beneficiary for the opening night Preview party. All proceeds directly benefit Artist Trust, so anyone who buys tickets to the event helps support Artist Trust, so buy a ticket to get a sneak peek of the art, and enjoy complimentary food and beverages!

Our 2015 Fellowship recipients are also jumping into the Seattle Art Fair mix with a satellite party of their own! The exhibit will be June 30-August 2 in the Galvanize space and feature art from some of our 2015 Fellowship recipients. Come check it out!

Finally, there's still time to apply for our new Program Director position. The search will be ongoing until we find the perfect match, but special consideration will be given to letters of application and résumés received by midnight July 6, 2015.

Thanks ArtsFund for Your Support

We're excited to announce that ArtsFund has awarded Artist Trust a grant of $20,000! In case you don't know, ArtsFund strengthens the community by raising funds from individuals and businesses to support the region's nonprofit arts sector through grants and other organizational assistance. Their grants provide general operating support which is vital for sustaining ongoing programs and activities.

Artist Trust has been receiving support from ArtsFund, via their grants, workplace giving and endowments, since 1991! We're very grateful to ArtsFund and their donors for their stamp of approval and long-term commitment to Artist Trust. The funding helps us grow as an organization and continue to support individual artists across Washington State.
