 How was your Memorial Day Weekend? Here's how Three Girls celebrated the 3-day weekend:
Erika: "I had a terrific holiday weekend! We hung out with Emily, her husband Matt and daughter Rebekah on Saturday and Bekah loved feeding our chickens and collecting their eggs. I got a lot of planting done in my veggie garden which was exciting, and we pulled our smoker and BBQ out for the first time at our new house. I made delicious ribs and sausages. Also, I managed to stay away from my computer the whole weekend, so that was an awesome respite!"
Beth: "Over the weekend, I got some much-needed sunshine, went on a couple of hikes with friends and spent some time gardening. My husband and I are trying to start an exotic plant orchard, so we prepared and sprouted some mango seeds! They'll be the perfect addition to the avocado, moringa and soursop trees we have growing!"
Emily: "We had a lot of fun over the long weekend! Highlights included seeing Erika's chickens and taking home a box full of delicious free-range eggs, playing games with a couple of friends and a BBQ with family."
Natalie: "I had a really simple simple weekend. I spent it catching up with friends and enjoying the sunny weather by going on walks and taking fun drives into the hills around Ellensburg."
