THREE GIRLS GOSSIP

Are you excited for Easter this weekend? What do you like to do to celebrate? We asked Three Girls' staff about their Easter memories and plans this year, and this is what they said:
Erika: "One of my favorite things about Easter is coloring eggs! I like to make my own natural dyes from veggies like beets, spinach and onion skins. This year we'll have fresh brown eggs from our new chickens and I'm still deciding how to best decorate them. I'm thinking crayons and markers will be fun. And my hubby and I are excited to have Easter dinner with Emily's family this year! Oh, and I should mention that I'm also a sucker for a Reese's peanut butter egg this time of year!"
Beth: "I really enjoy the candy around Easter. Some of my favorites are jellybeans, crème eggs and chocolate bunnies. This year I'm trying my hand at making my own 'Bird's Nests' candies out of chow mein noodles and chocolate. Hopefully it won't be too messy!"
Emily: "Easter is one of my favorite holidays! I have really fond memories of sunrise services at church, serving brunch as a fundraiser in high school for my youth group and spending time together with family. I'm also a sucker for the treats! My favorites are the Cadbury Crème Eggs and stale Peeps (I've had a package open in the kitchen all week so it will be perfect by Sunday). Of course, this year I'm excited to do an Easter Egg Hunt with my 2-year-old and enjoy a tasty dinner with family and friends - including Erika and her husband!"
Natalie: "I used to LOVE Easter Egg hunts. My dad always took me to ones in parks around town. I also love the robin gum eggs - they're delicious!"
