THREE GIRLS GOSSIP

A big congrats to Seattle on the Super Bowl win! With a fair number of our staff in Washington state, we're happy to report that most of our team was ecstatic. In fact, our very own Stefanie Burger was able to attend the parade this week. She said, "I was able to witness an incredibly magical moment with nearly a million fans in downtown Seattle today. We celebrated the Super Bowl victory in style while also freezing our noses off!"

Also, are you a fan of Valentine's Day? Whether you spend the day cuddled up with that special someone or celebrating with friends, we hope you have a good one! Here's what a few members of the Three Girls team have planned:

Erika: "Olympics, Olympics Olympics!!! Both Dennis and I are Olympics junkies so we'll be spending the evening grilling a steak & chicken dinner together and watching some of our favorite winter sports. For lunch we'll go to our #1 local burger joint, Norma's, and revel in their awesome burgers, fries & tater tots and shakes. We'll also be enjoying time together the following day with a trip to the gun range and a walk through the mysterious Mima Mounds."

Emily: "My favorite Valentine's Day ever included a Star Wars marathon with my friends (we watched the original trilogy), so my husband and I are thinking we'll bust out a few movies that night. I'm also excited to try a couple of Valentine's Day crafts with our 14-month-old daughter. We'll see if she goes for the ideas I found on Pinterest..."

Paige: "This year my boyfriend and I will be heading out to his cabin in Packwood, WA for a fun, romantic weekend. It's very close to White Pass so we are going to try and get some snowboarding in! I'm excited about a weekend away with the most amazing guy ever! *I apologize for the mushy giddiness I'm currently experiencing ;p*"

Stefanie: "Preston (my boyfriend) is in charge of planning so the entire day is a surprise with the exception of a full Italian feast in downtown Bellevue :) Our 1 year anniversary is coming up so we are really looking forward to celebrating in Cali next month!"

Social Media Management: 5 Surprising Statistics - Social media is changing faster than ever, with new social media management tools and new trends on how to reach your targeted customers continually emerging. Because things are constantly changing, it's important to keep ahead of the competition and know what might be the next big thing in digital marketing. Here are five surprising social media statistics that may make you rethink your approach to social media management this year.

Generation Z: Get Ready for 'em - Those in Generation Z were born in the mid-1990s into the early 2000s, and technology has been a part of their lives from the start. They don't know what a pager is or about having to go to the library for research. They expect immediate gratification of information through Google. Always tweeting, texting and checking in, this generation has put all of their trust in technology. Since this generation is now coming of age, brands must learn how to interact with this technology savvy demographic; here are some tips to do just that.

Images: 5 Tips to Drive Engagement - They say an image is worth a thousand words. In today's social media word, images are required to say that much and more. Due to the character limit social media platforms have instilled, your audience must be reached via images. Not only, though, must their attention be captivated, but your visual content needs to possess sharable and likeable qualities in order to produce viral results. Sounds like a lot of work, huh? Surprise! It's not. It simply requires a little creativity and strategically placed text. Here are five tips to turn your images from simply pretty to simply viral.
