Last year we began the process of simplifying our processes - which ironically has not been a simple process at all. But it was worth the brain damage, as we've now streamlined a rather clunky system of invoicing and statements. Read on in this issue to find out how these changes affect you!

STATEMENTS:
We've moved from our antiquated book-keeping system to Quick Books, which allows us to do all kinds of nifty things - including emailing statements.
If we have an email on file for you and you place an order,
you will be getting your monthly statement via email. Please look for it, and make sure to add accounting@fineprintimaging.com to your approved email list.
If you aren't sure that we have a current email address for you and you'd like to help us save money (which ultimately helps YOU save money), please email or call us (800.777.1141) with your preferred email address.
Conversely, if you'd rather receive mailed statements, let us know!

We are now putting Invoices in the box with your prints, saving postage and trees.If you don't want the Invoice included in the box for whatever reason, please be sure to tell us when placing your order!

In an effort to cut down on the cost of shipping, we've started using the US Postal Service more for smaller boxes and tubes. The switch can save you a little to a lot, depending on where you live.
Please let us know if you do NOT want us to use USPS to ship your order. Otherwise, you will receive your order via USPS - if you do get a Fed Ex Ground package from us, you can be sure we did a price comparison and Fed Ex was the least expensive method.

For many years, Fine Print's Tonya Aspegren has been incubating a dream... to adopt a child. She has now completed her adoption home study course and is taking the next steps to making her dream a reality. In order to chronicle her journey and provide answers to frequently asked questions about the adoption process, she has started a blog.

I am lucky enough to know quite a few adoptive families and they each look different (see below).
