MEET OUR CLIENT

At the end of 2013, we had the pleasure of working for an interesting forward-thinking company based in Switzerland.  We believe in their future and want to introduce them to all our contacts.

 

Our job for Swis&senS consisted in creating the content for a new website designed to showcase their innovation to existing and potential distributors. 

 

The company is the maker of perfume foam that comes in a combination of 6 different fragrances and properties.

Our strategy was grounded in thorough research of documentation provided by Swis&senS and online sources, followed by brainstorming ideas.  We also used a copywriting questionnaire that we developed to help us pinpoint the client's goals and expectations.

A new report from New York-based
L2 Think Tank says Instagram
represents a great opportunity for
beauty brands to leverage user-generated content and boost ecommerce.

According to the report, 93% of prestige brands have a presence on the platform, which has reached 150 million users in only three years.  In addition to explosive growth, Instagram also boasts an e-commerce encouraging format and high engagement levels (15 times those of Facebook).

By contrast to other platforms that rely on text-based communication, Instagram's visual nature ensures easy cross-cultural dissemination.  

While sixty percent of users live outside of the US, Instagram has found its highest engagement levels in Eastern Europe and its highest growth rates in Asia Pacific. It also seems to have an unprecedented grip on China. 

How is it done?

Brands repurpose images with the highest levels of engagement on their web sites, in target emails and for other social media to provide organic examples of their products.

Who is good at it?

Lancôme's #BareSelfie campaign garnered 500 user image and the ensuing UGC gallery generated 50% of sales for the newly launched DreamTone serum.
