Issue Brief: Hunting, Fishing and Nature Appreciation in Schools.  

Summary: Upon the request of the commission, school Districts must make a school facility under their control available for the purpose of conducting a hunter education course either during or after school hours. 

Status: Passed the House on March 13 and was delivered to the Senate.

Issue Brief: Access to Private Lands
Summary: Amends provisions of Title 57, Chapter 14, relating to landowner liability; defines terms; recodifies Title 57, Chapter 14, Limitation of Landowner Liability - Public Recreation, and renames it "Limitations on Landowner Liability"; describes a landowner's liability, and limitations on liability, in relation to a trespasser; makes technical changes.
Status: Eligible for Governor's desk on March 13.
