Valley Table Hits the Stands!
Cover Issue 62

Summertime and the livin' is easy with the summer issue of The Valley Table. After a morning of picking berries, sit back and sip some of Steven Kolpan's recommended White Wines of Summer, or taste some tea from the hottest tea company this side of China - Harney and SonsRead what one of the busiest chefs at one of the hottest locations in the valley has to say about one of his favorite farmers, and take a close up look at a revolutionary approach to aquaponics and fish farming in New Windsor.  There's a new generation of farmers coming up and a whole bunch of new people, products and producers, as well.  Pick up a copy of the summer issue soon -- this issue is hot.
Help celebrate two decades of land preservation and farmland protection in Orange County at this anniversary benefit for the OC Land Trust. The evening includes regionally inspired, cocktail-style dining and a silent auction with unique items and fantastic excursions, and a special artisan jewelry raffle.
