Registration and Back to School info coming August 1

On Wednesday, July 27, BCHS parents should have received a secured document via email regarding your access ID and access password for your PowerSchool Parent account. The PowerSchool parent portal will open on Monday, August 1. Please look for an e-mail which will include the registration information and instructions.

Student Orientation

All students should wear their school uniform and must be registered prior to attending orientation.

Thursday, August 4

12:30 - 2:30 p.m. - Transfer Student Orientation

Tuesday, August 9

7:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Freshman Orientation

1 - 3:15 p.m. - Orientation for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors

Freshman Parent Coffee

The Trinity Club invites all freshman parents to a Freshman Parent Coffee after 7:30 a.m. drop-off on Tuesday, August 9. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents from the Class of 2020. After drop-off, drive around to the football stadium area to park. The coffee will be at the entrance to the BCHS Football Stadium. We hope you can make it!

Important message from the Business Office

Please remember that all families must have paid their tuition balance in full or have a payment plan in place (FACTS) in order for their student(s) to begin school on Tuesday, August 9. Thank you to those families who have already paid their tuition or set up their FACTS account!

If you have not set up your payment plan, you need do so immediately to avoid a delay on Orientation Day.

2016-17 School Directory

We hope to publish our 2016-2017 student directory soon. We will be switching to an online directory, through Directory Spot. Once we have the directory finalized, we will give further directions on how to view the directory. If you would like to opt-out of the directory, please fill out this form.

From the Campus Ministry Office

Information regarding retreats and student assignments can be found on the BCHS website under Campus Ministry/retreats. Retreat dates can also be found there. Permission forms for all retreats will be available by mail and also online. Click Retreats to view the page.

Please note: The Sophomore retreat has been changed from an overnight retreat at CYO Camp Rancho Framasa to a one day retreat.

The member schools of the Circle City Conference are proud to present the Inaugural Conference Kick-off Dinner featuring coaches Bill Lynch (Depauw University), Vince Lorenzano (Bishop Chatard), Mic Roessler (Brebeuf Jesuit), Tom Dilley (Guerin Catholic), Kyle Ray (Heritage Christian) and Bruce Scifres (Roncalli).

Join the BCHS Athletic Booster Club!

With the Fall athletic season almost upon us, don't forget to complete your membership to the BCHS Athletic Booster Club for the 2016-17 school year. Please find the registration form below and submit your registration or renewal in time to join us for the early Fall season activities!

Once we receive your Booster Club registration or renewal, we will have your membership items (season passes or decals or membership gift, if applicable) available for pick-up at Back to School Night on August 24, at the home volleyball game on August 25 or our first home football contest on August 26 at Lawrence Central. You may also pick up your membership items from our Athletic Office. Membership applications can also be filled out and submitted at these events.

2016 BCHS Golf Outing

Friday, September 23

Hillcrest Country Club

This year, the annual BCHS golf outing will take place on Friday, Sept. 23, as part of the Trojan Homecoming Weekend! This event is a Florida Scramble with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Participation and sponsorship proceeds from the event support tuition assistance through the Harv Sutton Fund.

Pricing:

Price includes meal both before and after play, drinks on the course, and much more!

Individual golfers - $150

Alumni, age 30 and under - $100

Foursome - $600

Alumni foursome, age 30 and under - $400
